Void outside the 50 United States and where prohibited. Do not proceed to enter if you are not at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of, and located within, one of the 50 United States at the time of entry. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Balsam Hill, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

CONTEST PERIOD
The “Balsam Hill Enter to Win a $500 Apple Store Gift Card Giveaway Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") entry submission begins at 1:00 a.m. PST on December 7, 2017 and ends 11:59p.m. PST on December 27, 2017 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Balsam Hill's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, write a review about your Balsam Hill™ experience on RESELLER RATINGS to the following Balsam Hill profile:

Each person can enter up to (4) four times depending on the number of products purchased. After the review is made public by the website, send the URL to social@balsamhill.com with the email used to submit the review. There is no cost to register or enter. Entrants are providing information to Balsam Hill, and not to Reseller Ratings, when entering the Sweepstakes.

Each entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account indicated by the Participant’s e-mail address. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) submitting an entry, the Winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened. The e-mail account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes.

No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. Balsam Hill reserves the right to disqualify the Winner whose winning entry appears to have been the result of mechanical reproduction or other violation of these official rules.

LIMIT
Entrants can earn up to four (4) entries from when the Sweepstakes Period commenced by completing several steps: (1) Submit a review on Balsam Hill’s Reseller Ratings profile; (2) Submit a valid unique link to Balsam Hill’s email address once review has been posted to Balsam Hill’s Reseller Ratings profile. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Balsam Hill, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules. Balsam Hill may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prize and the identity of the Winner, to appropriate taxing authorities.

WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING
The Winner will be chosen by random drawing within five (5) days of the Sweepstakes’ end from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Winner will be selected via random drawing by an authorized representative of Balsam Hill. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this giveaway, except as specifically provided herein, the prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential Winner will be notified via electronic mail and will be required to complete and return a Certificate of Eligibility, including the Winner’s social security number for tax reporting purposes, within seven (7) days of date of notification or an alternate Winner may be selected from the eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. If such document is not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable. If Balsam Hill is unable to contact potential Winner or potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Balsam Hill’s discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected.

PRIZES
One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Apple Store Gift Card with an estimated retail list value no greater than $500, subject to availability and compliance with these Official Rules.

The Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Balsam Hill reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value. The Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Balsam Hill’s sole discretion. By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to the release or his or her name and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Balsam Hill is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any giveaway-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, and damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. By participating in this giveaway and accepting the prize, the Winner agrees that Balsam Hill and its affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the Winner's participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation. Balsam Hill reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Balsam Hill in its sole discretion. Balsam Hill reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the rules of the Sweepstakes.

Email addresses submitted for this sweepstakes will only be used to contact the Winner, unless the entrant has opted to subscribe to our mailing list to receive newsletters and special offers. Email subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.
