All returns must be sent to our designated Balsam Hill Return Center or our independent returns center in Canada. Your Balsam Hill tree is packaged for easy unboxing. Getting it ready to decorate is a 1-person job that takes minutes. For decorating, however, we recommend bringing the family in on the fun.
Each tree comes with a scratch-proof stand with rubber feet to protect your floors and fabric gloves to protect your hands during setup and shaping. Once you have the tree in its stand, the hinged branches will fall into place.
